The Challenge
We engaged with one of Australia's leading home construction companies for the acquisition of new customers.
The process of acquiring customers to build new homes involves scheduling a series of appointments, which must be coordinated based on over 50 different business scenarios and employee availability.
Our customer was managing this process manually within excel, requiring a 12-person call center to schedule approximately 500 appointments a month with frequent change requests.
The customer sought a solution that would automate this process for its customers and its staff.
Off the shelf systems were not readily available for the complexity of scheduling required. The customer needed a highly flexible yet efficient low-code platform to meet its business requirements in a cost-efficient, timely manner.
