Jason joins us with extensive experience in both private and public companies as well as big four professional service firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst and Young. Prior to joining Clear Dynamics, Jason was the CFO of ASX listed global Cybersecurity company FirstWave Cloud Technology, leading international Education provider, Education Center Australia, Aviation logistics company Toll group/dnata and Asia Pacific Finance Director of the top 200 ASX technology company Isentia. 

A lifelong learner, Jason has qualifications from California University East Bay, Auckland University, Masters of Corporate Finance from Columbia University in NYC, and business certifications from Harvard Business School. Jason is currently a member of CPA Australia. Outside of work and career, Jason enjoys the outdoors, exercise and spending time with family and friends.  He is an avid traveller with a keen interest in different cultures.
